Works well, does what is expected

Good product, not too hard to use. Takes about 45 minutes to get started (we should have warmed the chocolate in microwave first). Also, because it's a large device, it "fountains" properly with normal couverture chocolate; no need to add vegetable oil - as a result the chocolate is much nicer. Used for Halloween: sushi covered in chocolate... mmm!But seriously: fountain over ice-cream or battenberg cake!Update: 2nd time, great success at party. Use 6kg of chocolate, melt 3kg at a time in microwave (6 min on 70%). Don't lose the little silicone washer! On cleanup, pour remaining chocolate (about 3kg is always left in the sump) over sponge-cake + pineapple to make a delicious "mess" for refrigeration.
